Owners
Scott brings over 35 years of comprehensive experience in the auto collision repair industry, with deep expertise across all facets of the business. His 23 years as a painter and auto body/frame repair technician provide a strong technical foundation, enhancing his effectiveness in both operational and leadership roles.
In 2008, Scott expanded his career by becoming a field adjuster for a Fortune 100 insurance company. Over a 9-year tenure, he played a key role in managing the company’s direct repair program across 20 repair facilities in the East Texas market. His outstanding performance earned him the prestigious Distinguished Performance Award (DPA) in 2011, consistently ranking him among the organization’s top performers.
Scott remains closely aligned with industry standards through ongoing professional development, including holding an I-CAR Platinum Individual certification. In 2017, he took on the role of general manager at a high-volume repair facility. Under his leadership, the shop experienced substantial year-over-year growth, driven by his focus on operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and team development. Scott’s extensive background and proven ability to elevate performance continue to be a driving force in the success of the business.
Jean brings over 28 years of experience in bookkeeping, financial management, and business operations to Auto Collision Experts. She oversees all financial functions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, budgeting, and compliance, while also managing HR and employee benefits for the company.
With a career that spans multiple industries such as restoration services, electrical contracting, and food service, Jean has developed a versatile skill set that combines advanced financial analysis with strong organizational oversight. Her extensive background in managing multimillion-dollar accounts and supporting executive-level operations makes her an essential force behind the financial health and strategic direction of Auto Collision Experts.

Kendall Hogue
Chief Operations officer
Kendall is an experienced Collision Repair Specialist with over 20 years in the automotive repair industry. Kendall earned his Associate's Degree through the GM Collision Program at TSTC, where he developed a strong foundation in automotive repair techniques, vehicle structure, and safety systems. Since then, Kendall has dedicated his career to perfecting skills and staying at the forefront of industry advancements.
Throughout his career, Kendall has developed expertise in all aspects of collision repair, including bodywork, frame straightening, welding, and paint refinishing. Kendall has worked with a wide range of vehicles, both domestic and foreign, ensuring high-quality, precise repairs that meet the highest standards of safety and craftsmanship.
In addition to technical skills, Kendall has built a reputation for problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, ensuring repairs are done efficiently and effectively. Kendall is also skilled in managing the repair process, collaborating with insurance companies, and providing excellent customer service throughout.
